Refunds and Returns

Thanks for shopping in the I Can Run CIC shop.

1. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, especially the size and colour of garments. We cannot accept returns of non - faulty goods because the products have been produced especially for you.

2. If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. If it has already been processed, sadly, it cannot be cancelled.

3. When you receive your order, if any part is incorrect, please inform us immediately. Where there is a minor fault a suitable replacement will be offered.

4. Products will only be replaced or refunded if they do not correspond to the order placed. Please get in touch if this is the case: emma@icanrunclub.co.uk You will have 28 days to return it. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method.

5. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
