How to book on to group sessions

Book on using our website

  • Open a web browser and go to www.icanrunclub.co.uk

  • Go to the ‘RUN WITH US’ page

  • Scroll down to the blue section and click ‘LOGIN’

  • Enter your password and username, then click LOG IN 

*** If you haven’t already got an account then SIGN UP first *** 

What happens next depends on whether you have a subscription (you’ve paid for yearly / monthly membership) or if you pay as you go:

You have a subscription (via Website)

  • Click on the downwards arrow next to your email address

  • Then select ‘Manage Codes’ 

  • Make a note of your certificate number (or copy and paste it)

  • You can then use this at checkout when booking on to a session – follow the instructions for pay as you go below 

Pay as you go (via Website)

  • Scroll down to the blue section and choose a session you want to book on to

  • Click ‘BOOK’

  • A calendar will appear showing the dates this session has been scheduled for (scheduled days are in bold)

  • Select your chosen date then click on the button which shows the time and how many spots are left  

  • Click ‘Select and Continue’ (or one of the other options if you want to book on to more sessions at the same time)

  • Complete the ‘YOUR INFORMATION’ form, including the emergency contact details 

*** It’s vital we have a record of any medical conditions and your emergency contact information – This allows our run leaders to be aware of anything we need to know and who to contact in case something happens whilst you’re running with us – We will always keep this information confidential *** 

  • Read the T&Cs and check to box to confirm

  • Then click ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’

  • Enter your card details or your subscription certificate code, then click ‘PAY & CONFIRM’

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your booking – please keep that as you can use it to cancel the booking if necessary 

Book on using the Acuity app

  • Download the ‘Acuity Scheduling Client’ app to your smart phone, it has a square black icon

  • The app has 4 ‘tabs’ at the bottom of the screen, select the tab with the symbol that looks like a person

  • If you do not already have an account with Acuity, click ‘Create Account’ (enter your email address, and a password of your choice, then click ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’

  • If you do already have an account, click ‘Log In’

What happens next depends on whether you have a subscription (you’ve paid for yearly / monthly membership) or if you pay as you go:

You have a subscription (via App)

  • Select the tab at the bottom of the screen which has a symbol that looks like a gift label

  • Then at the top of the screen select the page titled ‘Subscriptions’

  • Scroll down until you see the ‘REDEEM’ button

  • Click the ‘REDEEM’ button, this will launch the booking pages which are the same as when booking on via the website, except for all the prices show as £0.00 (as you are redeeming your yearly membership)

  • Continue booking following the steps above for via the website

Pay as you go (via App)

  • Select the tab at the bottom of the screen which has a label that looks like a house

  • At the top of the screen, click on the + symbol to add ICR as a business

  • Enter icanruncic.as.me and then click the ‘ADD BUSINESS’ button

  • Select I Can Run CIC from the home tab

  • This will launch the booking pages which are the same as when booking on via the website, you can then complete the booking and make payment in the same way as detailed above for via the website
